Pocket is a temporary hold. Drag a file onto Noggin, leave it there, then drag it out when you know where it goes. The coral tray icon opens it. Noggin keeps a copy, so the original stays put.

The actual moves
Click the notch to open home. Pocket is the coral tray icon on the right.
Drop a file onto the notch, or onto Pocket after you open it. Noggin copies it in.
Drag a row out of Pocket into Finder, Mail, or wherever it belongs.
The copy stays in Pocket until you tap the x on that row, or Clear.
Pocket is a notch icon, not a tile. Settings → Modules → Pocket hides it. Same pattern as Games.
Use it when you grabbed a file and have not picked a folder yet. The notch holds it. You finish the drop later.
